Mr. Weinberg is a Founder and Managing Director of ECS with more than 26 years of investment banking experience for the energy industry. Prior to starting Energy Capital Solutions in 2001, Mr. Weinberg primarily advised public energy companies while a managing director with RBC Dain Rauscher Wessels. He has focused his career on covering exploration and production companies, oil service companies and other energy-related companies. Mr. Weinberg has generated and executed a wide variety of transactions, including over 66 M&A transactions with over $4.6 billion of transaction value, 24 public equity financings of over $2.0 billion, 39 public & private debt financings of over $3.3 billion and 64 private placements of over $2.7 billion, along with various strategic advisory assignments. Mr. Weinberg received a B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and a M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
